INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR FIRST VISIT TO DR. MOONHEE LEE
We look forward to seeing you at Dr. Lee’s office. For your first visit, we have some instructions that you must follow in order to have a successful visit.
Do not take any antihistamines for 3 days prior to the visit. This includes Singulair (montelukast). Call if you have a question about a drug.

- Tavist (Clemastine)

*** Most over the counter cold, cough, headache medications
- Testing won’t work if you take steroids 7 days before your visit. If you have to take a steroid pill or syrup or receive a steroid injection 7 days before your visit, call and reschedule your visit. Steroid inhalers and steroid nasal spray are not included in this instruction.
- Bring all your medications with you or a detailed list of all your medications.
- You must bring an ID with the address of the patient on it and your insurance card. Proof of legal guardianship is required if you are not a parent.
- Please call 24 hours ahead if you need to cancel or reschedule your visit.
